TRACHEAL SHAVE
The Thyroid Cartilage Shave procedure is usually performed under a local anesthetic. Dr. Mayer shaves the trachea down and tiny stitches are used to close the incision. Once it is healed, you won’t even be able to find the incision. The tracheal area no longer dramatically protrudes from the neck, but rather remains reduced yet masculine.
